Logo Design Brief

A new logo design to compliment the company name, based in London.
We are Building Contractors and take on all sorts of renovation work i.e. Extensions, Loft Conversions, New builds, Kitchen/Bathroom fit outs and all plumbing and Electrical work.
We are looking for a logo that will stand us apart from standard Building company logos which just include some kind of roof design. We want
the graphics to display a our commitment to produce work in "Mint Condition".

Requirements

Must have

• We are looking at strong shades of red and black or red and dark blue and some kind of metal colour like platinum to highlight the essence of the logo. These colours will then go on to design the branding for the company. I have included a Van design to illustrate this colour combination.
• 3d image is more impressive and can produce a quality image on an embossed
• business card.
• Please look at the image and the shade of colours used. The colour option listed below are just to illustrate the colours but they are very light and weak. I need bolder shades including a silver or platinum metal like shade

Nice to have

• Curves to display our flexibility
• Colour shades to give the logo either a sense of depth or shadow

Should not have

• Roof designs so over rated already with every other Builder
• ***Please no Mint Leafs this is not a Mint Tea Company it is a company that builds properties to Mint condition
