Logo Design Brief

The company is called Vitae Juice and we provide juice detox programs. I need something simple and i thought about a leaf, a weight (as in the zodiac) or something like Amazing space (the logo of the D'angleterre hotel). I also really like the design of the logo on nectarandstonemelbourne.com.

Anyway I really want it to be simple and to radiate exclusivity and health. If it is a leaf, then I would like it to be green, otherwise I want something in black and white.
