Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a coalition of organizations (named Building Our Communities) intent on maintaining justice in the workplace and protecting working Americans. We're fighting for area standards, commonly accepted practices on level of wage, working conditions, and labor practices that ensure that workers are not being taken advantage of or abused by an employer. We'd like this logo to look corporate and professional (maybe something green). Please avoid the red/white/blue combination.
