Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our BBQ restaurant located in Maryland. Our company is called Beefalo Bobs.

For over a quarter of a century, Beefalo Bob's has been providing Maryland and the surrounding areas with only the finest quality foods and catering services at affordable rates. Whether catering for 10 or 10,000, we guarantee the same level of professional courtesy and service. Unlike most caterers, Beefalo Bob's cooks and slices pit beef, pit ham, pit turkey, and other meats fresh on site.
We smoke all of our quality bbq meats naturally, the old fashioned way, with hickory wood (instead of gas) giving them a full, mouthwatering flavor that keeps everyone coming back for more.

It is very important that we have some sort of fire, smoke, and wood element in the logo. Our building is brick, so we would prefer brick instead of wood panel, if using a background image. The logo should communicate quality and a southern BBQ feel. We are looking to keep the same color scheme of red and black in our logo, and include the iconic cow from our logo. The cow should be a beef cow with a cowboy hate on, not a bull. Please no stars in the logo. We are looking to bring our logo into 2015 and no look like something off of clip art.
