Logo Design Brief

I own an independent Insurance Agency that sells mostly auto insurance. Other insurance products that we offer are homeowners and commercial insurance. Also, the agency offers services like income tax preparation and notary public.I would like the logo to look modern and stylish. The idea of insurance is usually boring and I would like the logo to reflect the opposite. The marketing theme of the company is to reflect racing cars, something exiting, in movement. A logo than in color or black and white will look good. Than even in a small size will look ok. However the colors that I would like included in color are red/green/yellow like a traffic light. All marketing materials will include those 3 colors and be mix with traffic signs that will be transform to include insurance products.
