Need drastic home page improvement. Currently it looks very amateur.

Basic navigation text elements position must remain due to CSS (See attached template). However, everything else must be redesigned. Fonts,size, typeface, styles, color, layers, backgrounds, images, buttons, logo typeface, etc. Needs to look fresh, original, sleek, balanced, beautiful and professional.
