Logo Design Brief

We are launching a new brand for footwear, apparel and accessories.
The logo we are looking for shall be more of an emblem for the brand, more of artistic nature yet simple to be embossed/ printed/cut work etc can be done.
Our inspiration is Tory Burch as per the attached images, their logo is used at a trim on almost every article be it shoes/accessory/apparel. even river island is one of the similiar lines but very simple.
We are looking for a hidden abbreviation for CARLTON LONDON (CL) .
