Usually designers are interested in a complete brief to build up their concept . It is no use to present your project in such aggressive way if you wish to have a good result. Reading this brief, I personally do not care about what is attached anymore. You should reconsider your approach to designers. Good luck.

Just one question. You would like your logo on top of a "landscape". Landscape of what? One of your examples shows a road. Is something like that what you are looking for? If I need a stock photo to use as part of that landscape. Are you going to pay for the usage?
