yes, you can. Just try to imagine that if you see this logo on TV or advertisement - will you get the impression that this is (a) a TV channel and (b) about business not entertainment?

no specific color. we are still open at this stage.

The text can be Capital TV or CTV. What is important is the the design must enable the logo to be displayed on the intended usage (please refer to brief). It is useful if you can include the image of the proposed design either at TC screen or Mic holder.
