A friend who is in branding has suggested I ask the following

- make the whole thing tighter.
- tighten the kerning and leading (this is the horizontal and vertical spacing between the letters and the mark )so that it becomes a whole unit.
- It's appealing, but it will look more custom and professional if they bring everything in tighter.
- also could you show the treatment from the bottom one using the flower from the top one.
