Logo Design Brief

I need a logo primarily for a website but should also be usable on print such as business cards and flyers. The company, Freestaffer, aims to match health care professionals and employers. The ideal colors should be blue and orange or blue and red. It is entirely a web based company so it should have a the look of a web, technology, or internet company. I design that i like is www.flexjobs.com but it doesn't have to be exactly like that but that kind of a "feel". Thanks.
