This is a fairly old website (started 1999) that hosts lots of programming-related stuff, from the useful (freeware tools, articles on programming topics) to the obscure (esoteric programming languages, tips on code obfuscation and bad examples), plus a couple of other bits thrown in. It is 100% open source and free. However, it looks a bit boring, so I want to liven up the design, and make it the basis for a future portfolio showcase. The design should be compatible with bootstrap (i.e. work on mobile devices).

Requirements
Must have
- After reviewing the designs submitted so far:
- - something reduced and elegant
- - something that is not too noisy, but instead reflects quality.
- - I would like to see two pages: the frontpage, and one text-heavy (for example, an article on one of my programming languages).
