Book Cover Design Brief
This is a cover for the parody novel
"Worst. Book. Ever.
The AWESOME Adventures of Max Power
Private Eye, Spy, Superhero, Nobel Laureate
PS: He's awesome"
The book itself is a parody of everything from superhero stories to 80's action movies to Dungeons and Dragons. It's loaded with pop culture references (some subtle, some sickenly obvious). The main characters are Max Power, his nemesis the Evil Dr. Guy, Detective Diane Dastardly, damsel in distress Mary Sue and robot butler ARNOLD.
The title could feature the "Worst" part larger and each line of subtitle getting progressively smaller.
The cover image itself would feature a devilishly handsome (but ethnically ambiguous) man standing like your classic 70's/Star Wars a New Hope poses. Dressed in a tux with a big ass gun in one hand and a guitar in another.Clinging to his legs looking up adoringly are an incredibly hot woman and an identical clone of the guy.Below them looking on, some combination (as many as will fit and not look over crowded) of Pirates, Velociaptors, killer robots, superheroes (that are definitely not the Avengers), a 1930's reporter, a 80's movie cop, a black armored figure that definitely is not Darth Vader, a woman in a powersuit, a wizard, a dragon, lion tiger and bear.
To give some insight, Max Power is Daniel Craig's James Bond in an Austin Powers world. He's Christian Bale's Batman but is Adam West in the Batman and Robin movie universe. It needs more cowbell If that makes any sense.
Updates
Project Deadline Extended
Reason: There were some requests for extensions from a few artists interested in submitting.

Thank you to everyone who has submitted so far. The project has been extended to give those who have shown intention to submit some more time, as this is a fairly intricate cover. To give some more idea of what I'm looking for think ridiculously over the top. It's not romantic or artistic. It's something an eleven year old would dream up but drawn by someone with skill. If that makes any sense.
