Business Card Design Brief

I need a business card design with a logo for my personal training company. I'd like the colors to be a vibrant green and black. I'd like the logo to incorporate an anvil (or something similar). I train hardcore competitive athletes as well as soccer moms trying to get and/or stay in shape. I need a logo that will not pigeon hole me in one category or the other, but at the same time not be too intimidating to soccer moms, but will not be off putting to the more hardcore trainees. The design should be attention grabbing and aesthetic.
