Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new comedy website called "Ministry Of Funny". We develop and produce short form comedy content - music videos, sketches, blog columns etc. for online audiences in Asia. The brand will begin as a website, but will expand into other platforms down the road - films, TV content, books, comics and events. We want to communicate that we are the authorities/curators of comedy in the region, while poking fun at the autocratic nature of politics in Asian countries (hence the name).

Males, 18-35 years old, English-speaking people who live in Asia, especially those who trawl FunnyOrDie and CollegeHumor in their free time.
