Logo Design Brief

Namaste,
The brand PRANIC LIFE is a new age holistic lifestyle, health and education program.
We have an online and offline holistic spiritual program that can help up-skill people in the wellness industry while also providing a recruitment aspect for clients to reach their target market.
The website also sells products that assist in the process of helping the client achieve these wellness results with items such as candles, sprays, jewellery, t shirts, mandala posters, cd's and possibly more.
The final design could look like a stamp or wax seal to portray authenticity and quality standard.
The brand is Pranic Life but the tagline is Holistic living, healing and education.
The logo would also need to be used on advertising material and hard copy educational material like workbooks so the design can be colourful but also translate well in black and white.
Some ideas I had was using a visual of a hand with open lotus in the palm? or a type of mandala? or even just a suitable font with border? or a book? Something that portrays health, yin yang, knowledge, fluidity, spirituality/metaphysical beliefs and love.
I'm open to interpretations and want the end product to invoke a feeling of trust, standard and vitality. It can't be too clinical but needs to appeal to both the alternative healing market as well as the corporate client market.
