Thanks for the question, we are looking for 4 static pages, a home page, content page, contact details page (including a contact us function), and a blog. For the blog and contact us we only need a space for them to go in the page - we will insert our own SharePoint blog and contact us boxes.). We do need the HTML and the images. Hope this makes sense - if there is anything else I need to clarify.
