Web Design Brief

We are a high tech company focused on offering software, services and training courses aimed to create, design and optimize efficient Turbomachinery ( Think: Power Generation, Aerospace, Automotive, Oil & Gas, etc)

I am looking for somebody to design a new front page and 1 second level page. Then we will need to receive the photoshop files.

Requirements

Must have

• If you look at our attempt to have a banner and then smaller sub squares.
  
  The idea is that the banner moves, left to right and displayes larger version of the commercial in the little squares underneath
  
  We need graphics for the banners. They should relate / correspond to the product / or services that is being displayed.
  
  You can see our products and services on ua.softinway.com so the banners should correlate.
  
  We are really going for minimal words, good graphics, slick and sexy web 2.0 100,00o person company look and feel.
  
  The design / designer who wins, will be given an offer to work with us afterwords and design the rest of our online properties, as well as all of our marketing material.
