Web Design Brief

In a perfect world, we'd do a full redesign our our website: www.tropicaltantrum.com. But, this isn't a perfect world, so we'd like to take baby steps and redesign just the header (see attached).

We're hoping that using your design skills you can cause this space to have maximum impact.

TropicalTantrum specializes in high-end tropical clothing. We've got brick and mortar stores (drop in and say hi if you find yourself in Hawaii!) and of course a web presence. What makes Tropical Tantrum different than other clothing stores isn't just our emphasis on island design - it's our devotion to producing high quality garments and customizing them so they fit great.

In fact, it's this message that we'd love to convey in the header that you redesign. Some points to consider:

- All our garments are hand made
- All our garments are made to order
- We offer sizes xtra-small to 5x
- All our garments include *free* alterations
- We offer *free* shipping and *free* returns
- We're excited to customize our garments so that you love the fit. That means that we don't just want to do standard alterations, but want to blow you away with how well it fits
- We're very proud of the fabric and processes we use. We use a method known as Batik, which involves a lengthy process and includes hand painting. We're proud that we don't take short-cuts and deliver amazing clothing to our customers.

How do you fit that all into a sexy looking header? We have no idea.

Note, you should feel free to go crazy and tweak any part of the header you want. Introduce new colors, text, whatever. It's your space, amaze us.

One thing we're undecided about: what to do with the site logo? See attached. Graphically, it's looking a little dated. But we're not quite sure if we should keep it or not. Feel free to create designs that incorporate the logo, or replace it with a new logo.

I know we're asking for a tall order. But we truly believe our garments are the best in the marketplace, and we'd like our website to echo this fact.

You deliver us a PNG of an enhanced header layout, and our crack team of programmers will code it up.
