Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo for a new concept cafe for an already existing coffee brand.

The shop is called Dolce Fina, and I would like the logo in some type of script, using the red and black colors of the parent brand. I will usually use the logo on a black background, and would like it to be red or black, with the other color outlining the text.

I would also like the tag line below it, in fairly small print, "A Caffe D'arte Signature Cafe"... With the Caffe D'arte logo in place of the printed name. Attached is the logo. I don't want any of the taste the difference.
