We are looking for a Logo for our brand "Grateful High Hawaii" aka "Grateful HI" (HI being short for the state of Hawaii) aka Grateful High. Having the Hawaiian Islands in the logo design is suggested but not required. When I think of High I think of High as in Happy, having gratitude, clouds, Heaven... positive vibes.
Our story behind the name is: It doesn't matter what faith you are, where you come from or what status you hold. Each of us has something that we are grateful for. It maybe the same things daily, it maybe different on other days. Everyone has something, somewhere or someone that gives them a "Grateful High".
So what's your Grateful "HI"gh today?

Aloha Design Crowd Team,We are excited to be given the opportunity to extend our contest in search for a logo design. My husband and I would love to blend both masculine (for him of course) and feminine (for me) appeal to our logo. I don't know how this is possible but that's why we need your help. The name of our apparel company is Grateful High Hawaii also known as Grateful High and Grateful HI. "HI" is Hawaii's 2 letter state code. So the word Grateful as showing or having content, gratitude, joy, happiness and the word High as in a "natural high". Combine the 2 words "Grateful High" and think of a person/s, place, object or thing that gives you a natural high. It doesn't matter what faith you are, each of us have something to be grateful about every day. A lot of us share the same things we are grateful for like another day of life, our health, our family, friendships, jobs that provide, our talent, music, food, nature, hobbies, etc. The meaning of "Grateful High" for us is waking up each day and remembering the things that we are grateful for everyday. Sometimes those things maybe the same, and sometimes those things can change or be renewed. Like the saying goes we can complain that Roses have thorns or be grateful that thorns have Roses. It's perspective and the way we choose to look at life. We are hoping to exude positive vibes in our logo. We are looking for a logo that is not to bright or flashy, not too masculine or feminine, easy to read (if cursive not too fancy). In initial stamp is okay like GH or GHH, wording itself is fine. I would love to see the letters HI highlighted if so. If there is a creative design or image you can think of that can represent our name that would be great too. We are looking forward to see all of your creative thoughts and images online. Thank you in advance for your time and hard work!Mahalo (Thank you),Jaryn Added Thursday, May 14, 2015

Requirements
Must have
- Must be able to blend both masculine and feminine appeal to our logo
Nice to have
- Hawaiian Islands but not required, simple font, easy to read. Cursive font is okay too as long as it's not too fancy. It would be nice to have the letters HI highlighted (standout) somehow but still blend into the font.
Should not have
- Generic images of Hawaii like coconut tress, grass shacks, leis (clip art)
