Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my physiotherapy business called Ultimate Physio. The business will be promoting health and fitness to all. The main client groups will be those with any sporting injuries or with any kind of back pain. The logo would ideally reflect this. I am looking for a logo with a modern/edgy look with a blue colour scheme. Anything from a navy blue to baby blue would be fine. I would like either the words "Ultimate Physio" or the abbreviation "UP" in it.
The logo will go on the website, on business cards, letterheads, flyers and polo shirts.
I have a more niche business for folders called Ultimate Golf Physio and I have attached the logo for this below. I do not need a new logo for this side of the business.
