Dear Project Owner, Thank you for your invite, but as stated in my profile I ONLY accept "Payment is Guaranteed" projects. I believe I am speaking for most of the serious, hard working designers out here. We have all had bad experiences with Non- Guaranteed projects, most designers have discovered that even after spending long hours of our time on the work itself and after several refinement requests from the client we still receive no payment, no feedback & no winner of the contest is declared. Most of the non-guaranteed projects not only get extended time after time for periods of up to 3 months & more but in the end the clients request a refund and have collected enough ideas to take our work and go get the job done by a local Graphics Designer in their area. We have seen this happen over and over again! If you would like serious designer’s participation would you please guarantee the project out of respect for all of us and then re-invite me. Thank you for your reply. As a past designer I appreciate the efforts the designers go to and am sorry you have been ''duped'' in the past. I didn''t have an option for guaranteed or refundable as I came to DesignCrowd through Vistaprint and this wasn''t an option - so no disrespect was intended. My intention is honourable and I fully expect to achieve a result from this process, and to pay the successful designer if I can find a suitable logo design. I have no intention of taking it elsewhere - wouldn''t it cost more to take it somewhere else (unless you lived in India or other cheaper labour country)? I don''t expect to progress any extra designs, other than the one I want to pay for.  I would design it myself, but I don''t have the time to get into that creative headspace at the moment, and I want options of some new Ideas.

Just for the record I didn''t personally invite you, hence I didn''t know about the payment is guaranteed stipulation - it was an automatic selection by Design Crowd when I submitted my project. You may need to request DesignCrowd to supply a check box to filter out those who only want guaranteed payments when they send out the invitations.

Please don''t be offended however after looking at your portfolio it is probably best that you didn''t submit your interest, as you may have been wasting your time - I probably wouldn''t have invited you as your style isn''t something that I would normally be attracted to - very masculine designs.
