Logo Design Brief

We have launched a new firm named Click Search and Social which is focused on providing online advertising services to clients. We will do this primarily via search and social based platforms.

Our focus is on providing service to small to medium sized firms who cannot afford to engage a large agency but would like to engage online advertising as part of their marketing mix.

We want the primary logo color to be purple. We are open to any of the purple types we have listed here in the brief, but want it to be 'true' purple not the red-hued ones. The company has five owners, four of whom are girls under the age of 35. I (the sole male) was informed that the logo must be purple because of reasons. I am wise enough not to argue.

The design should communicate a sense of competency and professionalism while still retaining an element of youth/"connected to what is new" as this is something we bring to the table.

This project is for both a logo and a corresponding business card design. We are excited to see your submissions. We have done a number of these projects with DesignCrowd and eagerly anticipate awarding the budget to our favorite design.

Small to Medium sized companies who want someone to manage their online advertising via search and social. We will handle all of this work for them with minimal intrusion on their time and with an eye toward helping them grow their business from effective use of these modern advertising tools.

• We have extended our campaign for 7 days and guaranteed payment. We would like to provide some general feedback to existing designers and invite you to resubmit/alter your designs based on the following:
• -We liked logos which focused on the 'Click' aspect of the company name and had less focus on the 'Search and Social' name. It is a nice to have but we are open to logos which ONLY include Click + a logo
• -We preferred submissions with an icon/logo + the name of the firm
• -We strongly prefer submissions who follow our color suggestions
• -We strongly prefer submissions who include a business card design, many designers did not do this and it made it difficult to judge their entire submission
• -The logo/icon has to be well crafted - we plan to use this on jackets/web/print. The more eye-catching and memorable it can be the better
• - The winning design will need to include the files for the business cards with editable text for the names/positions/contact info of the person for the card (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign is preferred)

• A logo and a business card design in various graphical formats. The business card has to be editable for us to make changes. It should also be a print-ready format. We have access to both Photoshop and InDesign to make text edits to the business cards for our various team members.
