Hi,

thank you for your interest.

I would need of wordpress theme. Alternatively is also a Joomla Theme possible.
The logo in the website I would need separately on a vector basis, in case I need further adaptions in the future (idealy for PC and Adobe compatible)

With "clean, boring, technical" I refer to layouts like these wordpress themes:

http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/easel

When using a CMS like wordpress you can easily get to a layout which has a very rigid grid layout. Everything appears to be in boxes. This is what I am NOT looking for this website. The ideal website design I am looking for does not reveal that it is a standard CMS.

Trying to find the rights words to describe it, hopefully it helped :-)

Logo with "brand" capabilities
Ad banner (google and other)
Scalable website/menu structure (first the website starts only with the name directory, later additional services will add)

The name directory is the starting point: I.e. the cover page could include a random name generator, or submission box for new names, voting of the top names, etc...

As there will not be a lot of text, I asume we will need some complementary fotos, illustrations,
One approach could be a layout with some photos in it (horses, etc..), alternative could be more illustration based layout or even comic style.

Budget was increased as briefing containts to important elements: wordpress template and logo requirements.
Timeline was also extended, as to view submissions so far.
