I believe you are looking for a logo design as well as a website design and developed for $250.00. While the budget allocated for your requirements is very low and the fact the payment is not even guaranteed with deadline just around the corner, I feel many professional contenders may not be interested in submitting their work to this project.
How we usually work is that, we start off with the logo design first and provide you with initial 3 concepts with unlimited revisions until you are willing to finalize a logo. Once the logo is finalized, we then move to web design and provide you with a mock up of your website layout according to your given design brief. Once you approve the website layout, we then move towards development phase and show you a complete developed website on our server and then work with you to finalize the project.
Within the allocated budget, we would only be interested in working on your logo and website design PSD layout only (uncoded - not developed). That too, if you are willing to guarantee the project - since we do provide you with unlimited revisions until you are satisfied. If you are willing to have the website design developed as well, there will be additional cost to it however before that, we need to understand some custom requirements for your project as mentioned in your brief, we would possibly need to Skype or correspond over email for that.

Thanks for your response. I was under the impression the package I purchased was 300 for the page design and 200 for the logo design. At any rate, an undeveloped package is fine! I'm realistic about what to expect with this budget, and hope to find someone that can make my website become a reality with great turnaround times. Also hope to develop a long lasting relationship to help with many things "web". Thanks for your comment and hopefully this helps!

Do you have a color scheme in mind? What would you like on the Logo? The company's name and/or the area of coverage?
What are the zip codes and prices per zip code? This will need a database(s) to do what you want it to do. Do you have any pictures of past services? All I can think of right now. Thanks.

I do. I'm thinking dark brown, darker green, with text being a minty green. Open to suggestions of course, I am tying to avoid the obligatory green with a white background. It needs to be bold. Company name is "Lawn Charm". "Book same day lawn service in 60 seconds!" will be our slogan (for now). Perhaps we can incorporate a magic wand into the logo design? I will use Launch27 (or similar) as a scheduler, payment, etc. We offer services in Greensboro, Winston Salem, High Point, Oak Ridge, Summerfield areas of NC. This is known as the "Piedmont Triad" area of NC. I have photos, but they aren't high quality or professional. I will attempt to upload some, but generic photos relating to a fresh cut lawn will work too I think.

Lack of dinner.. What are the service(s) you provide? Just mowing?

It will be simple. We will only offer 1) Lawn mowing (includes weed trimming and blowing of driveways and walkways), 2) Shrub Pruning and 3) Lawn Treatment Application. These will be the only service options for customers to choose from.
