I require a modern logo for my new fintech (financial technology) startup called Squirrl

It is a play on the animal squirrel

The fintech startup is focused on providing users an easy and simple way to save money.

ALSO please use these values to help you understand the company and what it is all about. These value help provide you context:

Simplicity focused on ease of use - The customer experience and the experience internally needs to be simple and of high quality.

Requirements

Must have

• All the original psd, ai, png, jpg files
• Needs to be:
• - Custom type face (i.e font) - DO NOT USE A STOCK FONT - I will heavily favour a custom created font for this specific project only. This font you create SHOULD NOT be used by any other design you have done.
• - modern
• - feel as simple and powerful like the apple logo (i.e. not just an apple, but an apple that has had a bite taken out of it)
• - feel trustworthy
• - be fun and serious at the same time
• - focused on a monetary area (i.e. cash, banking, savings, money, coins, etc)
• - must incorporate the name
• - have two variants (one variant will be the full logo, the second variant will be a short or square "image only - no words" version)
• - needs to be easily identifiable
• - unique
• - colours - focus on trustworthy colours. No gradients. No repeating patterns.
• - needs to be simple
• - if you are going to put an image of or related to the squirrel animal, that is fine, however it needs to be subtle and not obvious
• - the logo needs to be able to put in any online and print format with a variety of coloured backgrounds and not lose its appeal or visual appearance
• - neither feminine or masculine. It needs to be unisex
• - lean towards a gen Y and millenials age group but do not focus heavily on it. It should still be "accepted" by older generations.
