Logo Design Brief

Hi! I am in need of a creative LOGO design for my Personal Training & Lifestyle Management Company. My company is geared towards improving peoples fitness, nutrition, and overall health. I would like a creative design for my company name: Initiate Change Personal Training & Lifestyle Management. I also am looking for the company initials: IC. My colors are Dark grey, white, and light blue.

I am open to creative ideas that embed an image or design into the company name.

I do not want any 'person' or image of a 'person' in the logo.

The design should suggest: progress, movement, change, fitness, strength, etc.
