Logo Design Brief

We require a Logo design for a locally run boutique commercial and residential property management agency. We are pride ourselves on offering a high level of professionalism & maintaining very close contact with both landlords and tenants alike to achieve the very best outcome for our clients.
We would like to see our logo to predominately appeal to the commercial/ retail market, whilst also sending an inclusive message to our residential clientele. In the past we have started with a very basic logo consisting of blue and bold lettering to get straight to the point of who we are however we feel this may be outdated and may not translate well across that various ways we communicate to various parties. if possible we would like like to retain the blue and white.

Our target market is typically local investors aged >40+ and investors from our home states capital city (Sydney).
