Logo Design Brief

Hello,

I have an outdated logo that I would like to have refreshed for my house brand Black Ice. The Black Ice logo is used on various snowmobile related products: http://www.discountramps.com/snowmobile-products/c/2400/
Loading Ramps
Covers
Lift, Jacks & Stands
Ski Guides
Helmets
Accessories

The logo needs to include "by DiscountRamps.com" but that should be just a really small sub line. I have attached a copy of the current logo we are using for Black Ice.
