Web Design Brief

We need a design for a company starting out, based in Australia. The business focuses on Oracle database solutions - Oracle database development, web development, support, etc. As such, needs a professional look and feel to it.

I'm thinking a single page design where the user can either click a nav bar to go to the relevant section in the page or scroll down is the best shot - but I'm no designer so happy with any suggestions.

I envisions three sections to the page

3. Contact form.
