Do you need specific size of infografic? etc. 1000px * 300px

the design should incorporate both the sales & marketing steps into one flow. As for the graphics (the email icon, the clouds, the people) you are welcome to change the design.

No specific size needed. It should be a design that can fit both a small format (eg in an ebook) as well as a larger format for the web

I'm sorry but I'm not quite understanding what you are asking for. Do you want the layout of the sales funnel you attached but developed to look more modern and new or what?

I am looking for one integrated funnel that incorporates the marketing process, the sales process, and the customer buying cycle (http://blog.hubspot.com/blog/tabid/6307/bid/19022/How-to-Leverage-the-5-Stages-of-the-Customer-Buying-Cycle-for-More-Sales.aspx -- "Awareness, Consideration, Preference/Intent, Purchase, Repurchase, + Advocation")

These processes are all related, and some of them are just different names for the same step based on the person observing (e.g. customer vs marketer vs sales rep)

I also want the design to look modern and clean.
