Landing Page Design Brief

I need an amazing design for a landing page for my upcoming private chef booking platform Chefoo. You can view my current page here: www.chefoo.co.uk/mainindex.php. The design on this page is wrong right now. This platform is in Beta and the main purpose is to sign up chefs. Similar to what Uber.com is doing with their website -> become a driver. In my case we should have a button that says "become a chef", state the benefits of becoming a chef such as earning extra money, managing your time and bookings, increasing your client base and be creative with your food menus at the same time. Also, somewhere on the website it needs to say that we are currently in Beta mode and sign up to help us grow. In terms of visuals, I want the design to be sleek and clean and also adaptable to mobile devices as I am using html5. You can also re-design the current logo and choose any colours you think would be suitable for such a concept. Similar concept websites: kitchensurfing.com and kitchit.com
