Logo Design Brief

I will be fabricating custom "Addams Family" style steel (not iron) gates and carved reliquary displays for oddities, skulls, wet specimens, etc. I would like to use the LHF font "Antique Shop" for the word Leviathan, and something like Mailart Rubberstamp (below). An acceptable substitution would be the Ornatique font (below). You may see my current business at TheLittleLeviathan.com and on fbook, instagram, etc. The new business has the same aesthetic as the current one; dark and creepy, but informative and empowering. I am looking for an ornate and hardworking typeset to convey the tone of my work and my methodology. I like the work done on the LHF site for the font (http://www.letterheadfonts.com/fonts/antiqueshop.php) and am looking for GOLD, BRONZE, BLACK, GREY, and similar tones. I don't want to alienate folks that want regular family friendly work done, but the majority of what I do is of a darker nature. I have Dore's woodcut of the Leviathan tattooed on my torso and have used it in past logos, so if you can incorporate that in, it would be appreciated. I will be traveling with this business, so this logo will be used for vehicle wraps, tshirts, biz cards, etc.

Requirements

Must have

• A clear, legible, CORRECTLY SPELLED typeset. Please reference the internet for my current business if you need a better idea of the direction to go. Google "The Little Leviathan" in Raleigh NC.

Nice to have

• Some gate-like elements or gothic styling that doesn't impede the clarity of the logo. See the picture, attached, for the style that I am looking for.

Should not have

• Clutter.
