Logo Design Brief
The Maryland Developmental Disabilities Council is an independent public policy organization with the mission to advance the inclusion of people with developmental disabilities in all facets of community life by eliminating barriers, creating opportunities, empowering people, and promoting innovation.
We are hosting an inaugural state-wide conference for siblings of individuals with developmental disabilities and need a logo design in color and black and white for our conference for a website and online and printed marketing collateral.
The conference name is: MDSibs2015
Attached are three images that embody the sibling relationship with an individual with developmental disabilities.
We are open to using the colors of the Maryland state flag (also attached) of red, white, yellow and black. However, it is more important that the logo and colors inspire positivity, support and inclusion and we welcome designs with different color combinations.
The logo should brand the conference as a SEPARATE ENTITY from our own logo as well as fellow organizations that serve siblings with developmental disabilities. Below are website links with these logo examples:
