Regarding on the internal pages that you want you specify home, about us etc. but the only page that you need is only 2 regarding on the info. Please can you clarify?

I want to know how can i upload the full design including the psd and the jpeg file if the only thing that I can upload via design crowd is only 1 jpg?

I think you need to check with Designcrowd support, but I think in the final stages you will be given the option to upload all the files
