As per the budget the Home page design is OK and even one common page and one contact page can be done in this low budget, but I think if you need coding(I guess you want a fully functional website) that is impossible.

I think either you should discuss the matter with Design Crowd team to raise the budget or you can continue with the winning designer to develop your site and that will be treated a different budget.

You can also sent us private message so we can discuss the details.
Just take this as a suggestion, decision is yours.

Thank you for your interest and the comment. In the interest of transparency, and in fairness to the other designers, I have decided to post my response publicly.

Part of the beauty of this platform, as a consumer, is that I have multiple options from which to choose. I am amenable to spending more money, if it means that I get what I want, but if someone can get done what I need within budget I will go with them. That said I don't anticipate that custom coding is required. What I expect, or rather anticipate, is a slightly modified word press template, which is perfectly acceptable for us. However, I am not sure of what I want yet from a design standpoint.

I have looked at your portfolio and find it impressive. It would be great if you would submit a design. I, however, would like to wait until people submit some tentative designs in order to choose. I'm not yet sure what our team will like, or agree on:)
