Banner Ad Design Brief

I just launched an affiliate program for my company (Waves University), and I need some web ads and banners created. 6 in total.Here are the specs for the ads:

W120XH90- Small Web Ad
W120XH160- Big Web Ad
W468XH60- Full Banner Ad
W250XH250- Big Banner Ad
W125XH125- Samll Square Ad
W160XH600- Wide Skyscraper

I've uploaded one example I made hower I am looking for a more professional look. You'll also see a few flyers I've uploaded. These will get you an idea of the product.

Here is what I am looking to achieve and a little background on my product:

WAVES University’s first course, ‘Success at Work’ is a 30 minute interactive training and certification course specifically designed for teens and young adults to better prepare them for the workplace. The training is based on employer feedback, delivered on a peer-to-peer level, industry nonspecific, mobile ready and covers the following challenges:

• Work Ethic
• Social Media
• Cell Phone Issues
• Communication and Manners Matter
• Hygiene and more.

These ads are to catch the eyes of bosses, supervisors and managers. Basically anyone who is looking to improve workplace performance. Our website is www.wavesuniversity.com. Please look it over for our branding. Thanks so much!
