Brochure Design Brief

I am a family doctor that offers a program for local college students, who are from out of state, a way to have a local...well, family doctor near their school. My website is www.forestdpc.com and there is a section on college students that explains this is more detail. This brochure (double side) tri-fold will be going to parents so it is made for them. It has to give the feeling of peace of mind, of security that their kids are in good hands, etc. I want to use the colors of the logo. The pictures on the website should be used including the two pictures of me and the logo. Any other pictures can be used as well and I can send then in bigger sizes if you want. Basically all the information is on that section of the site BUT you may need to add other parts as well like our hours, our services, stuff about me, etc. All that is on the site. I added some below.
