Logo Design Brief

Take the existing logo provided and update the logo into the 21st century.
The logo needs to be a horizontal asset as it ill be used in the retail e-commerce space. Muck branded product caters to the farm and ranch, outdoor, work and garden customer.
The diamond branded Muck logo attached is a registered trademark logo and can't be altered in any way. This asset should appear to the left of the Muck Boots USA text in the log.
I would also like to keep some type of flag schematic in the USA portion of the logo that incorporates the elements of the USA flag colors and features (stars and stripes).
NEW ASSET: please also include the assets "A RBISG COMPANY" to your logo. I have attached an example for your review.
