Logo Design Brief

Hello, I need a logo design for a new company I want to start in the Bahamas Call Hook & Cook, i'm a Chef that owns my own restaurant and a boat, my idea is to offer guest a fishing and dining package where as they can go fishing during the day and dine with the fresh catch at the restaurant that same evening.

my idea for the logo is to a Fish preferably a (Nassau grouper) with a chef hat on at the front of a boat with a fishing rod bent like he caught something, line in the water and at the end of the line the logo saying Hook & Cook, the word hook should have spell using a fish hook in some way and the two o"s in cook I want it to look like the burners on a gas range.
