Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a new Restaurant were opening on the edge of the Yarra Valley, Victoria. We will be open for breakfast & lunch each day and hosting specialised functions and weddings of an evening. We have a gorgeous modern sand stone building with natural timbers and rock walls as features. The interior feel is classy, yet rustic and natural. We have a 100 year old oak tree in our court yard that we have made a feature of & thus have named the restaurant after (OTREE). We are looking to use our logo on business cards, letterheads, wedding material, menus, as a 'laser cut out' image on our property & directional signs and embossed on some glass windows in the building. We are wanting our logo to represent a classy restaurant and wedding venue, and would like something that resembles or reflects the Oak Tree. Open to any creative ideas or suggestions, we were thinking along the lines of an image of a majestic oak tree with an open canopy tho. Happy with colors of Autumn for the logo along with the black text of the business name.
