Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for two distinct Human Resources outsourcing companies that provide services to small businesses that help them to control costs, reduce liabilities, increase productivity etc. Monarch HR is one of the companies (monarchpeo.com) and TrueHR is the other (truehr.com). The companies already have two distinct brands/logos and we would like to create a new one that incorporates elements of both (colors?) to make our merger look more seamless. We would like a design that is fun, but professional. That communicates strength, stability, etc.For additional background, our service offering is divided into four distinct areas:- Payroll- Human Resources- Employee Benefits- Workers' Compensation. If possible, we would like TrueHR (or lower case as truehr) as the company name but would like to incorporate the Monarch elk. For reference, a Monarch is an elk with 8 tines... is majestic... has perserverd... is strong. I will attach logos from both companies. NOTE: The services are cloud-based.
