Client driven learning
At The Realise organisation our development products are very different to everyone else. We get the client/student to decide what they need and then help them to teach themselves. We are not just better than everyone else we use completely methods. Not teachers but challengers and facilitators. Most of us have held senior roles and have degrees in Psychology or an MBA. We sell to corporate clients with 5,000 plus employees so we must look solid and very different to everything else they have seen. We are based in the south of the UK and most of our work is here but we also work in Europe and across the world.

Most of our success has been in getting managers to take responsibility for being a leader, taking justified risks and being mature and owning problems. We do this by challenging them to define themselves and what they need and then ensuring they drive their lives to their personal outcomes with a clear identity of who they are. Sometimes they leave their company when they find out they need to be somewhere else.

Our old logos loaded up need to be refreshed and to look more authoritative. We are a solid company with extremely intelligent peoples and products that command high rates of charging.

We are NOT evolutionary we are REVOLUTIONARY and our clients are desperate for that so that they can make a real difference and compete in tough markets.

Requirements

Must have

• A strong image that is instantly recognizable as The Realise Organisation realising your potential for corporate senior management development and leadership. Learning driven by themselves not us, we are not their parents but we will support them in finding what they really want and in getting it through courses, events, coaching, mentoring and challenges. NOT fluffy - we are not religious or soft.

Nice to have

• Strong powerful radically different. We have loaded some images we have sued before for our products but we need new and fresh images for a bigger organisation now.

Should not have

• Used before, soft people, flowers, crystals, Yogi, nothing too arty - solid work only.
