Logo Design Brief

I need an awesome, modern LOGO that has a wow factor. The logo will be used to BRAND my new residential real estate company, as well as being incorporated into my website, letterhead, business cards, and other business marketing materials.

I am a real estate broker and represent buyers and sellers in the selling and purchasing of residential homes. The name of my company is Arizona Easy Living Realty. "Easy Living" - because it depicts the comfortable, laid-back life style that we have in Arizona.

As I've said above, I want a modern, contemporary design that has a wow factor. I'm not interested in receiving designs that have the much used Arizona themes of cactus and desert or the Arizona flag.

Maybe you can come up with a design based on the initials of the business name, e.g. AELR, but this is not essential. I would like to see colors used, and I'm open to your creativity on this. Start sending them and I'll provide my feedback.

Must have

• Must have the full company name somewhere on the logo: Arizona Easy Living Realty
• I would like a Modern, Contemporary, Abstract look. I like COLOR ... so no black and white. Also, no black backgrounds.
• Lettering (font style/s) that is easy to read. I like Angular, Linear fonts - not rounded and not heavy looking. If you also include the letters AELR (as well as the full company name, being Arizona Easy Living Realty), then it's OK to use a different font for each. I want it to be WOW and TRENDY.

Nice to have

• I like COLOR, and designs that are super contemporary and possibly abstract. Arizona has a great climate and we get around 360 days of sunshine a year. Because of this outdoor living and outdoor entertainment is very popular in Arizona, for example hiking, golfing, swimming.

Should not have

• No cactus themes. No Script font. No plain black heavy rounded fonts. No house themes as these are done to death in real estate logos here in Arizona.
