Logo Design Brief

I need a FUN Logo design for my new business ALL FUN PARTIES, currently based in Melbourne, Australia.

We specialise in "The Best Birthday's EVER", providing quality Children's Entertainment for birthday parties, festivals, corporate events, school functions and fairs. Our entertainment includes dressing up in various characters (depending on what character the client requires - often the child's favourite superhero or princesses), face painting, balloon twisting, party games, dancing, music, sometimes a little magic and a whole lot of fun.

In the future, we would like to not only offer children's entertainment, but also, event managers/organisers, jumping castle hire, catering, equipment hire, decorating service - basically everything you will need to run a wonderful party!

Here is a link to our website and current logo (it is very boring, we know). The slogan "the best birthdays ever" does not need to be included in the design nor does the cloud. We would like the colours orange, blue and white or black to be included and possibly green or pink as a little extra (you do not need to use all colours, they are just some suggestions)

Requirements

Must have

• We pride ourselves on taking the stress out parties so parents can enjoy the day too, igniting children's imaginations and making parties FUN (the best birthdays ever!)! The logo should communicate these messages.
• Design wise, think of an old fashioned carnival ticket (but with brighter, clearer colours), a movie opening with lights, delicious candy, a theme park, a carnival set in the clouds. That is the feeling we want to achieve and quite possibly some of the design elements that can be used. We want to evoke the children's imagination and take parents back to their childhood.

Nice to have

• We want the logo to be bright and intriguing. "Cartoony" effect is absolutely fine.

Should not have

• Lots of dark colours and be boring. Simple is great, but it needs to be a "professional simple" rather than an "amateur simple". Although, I want to to have the excitement of a carnival, I do not want to give of the idea that this is a circus school or circus entertainment, so no graphics that would suggest this.
