Business Card Design Brief

I need a business card design for a state of the art and very modern dental practice. We provide general and pediatric dental services. I have attached a black and white EPS file of our logo, s logo design is not required. I have also attached two colors for our background and font. It does not have to be these two colors only. I am open to any suggestions. I have also included our current business card.
Things that should be different from our current business card is the logo, the website now is "www.1stidental.com".
On the top right, where it says "like us on facebook", now should say "Download our app on app store and google play store", but instead of our app, it should show the icon of our app, instead of app store and google play, it should show their icons, and not spell the words out.
I have also attached what the front of the card should more or less look like. It is the one with the different size fonts. I need the icon for phone, email, address, etc next to each. It is the file name "back of the businesscard1".
