T-shirt Design Brief

We need a t-shirt design for a water polo tournament that includes boys and girls 16-18 years of age. Shirt should have bold colors including blue. Preferably water and the sport of water polo should be incorporated into the design. The design should also be gender neutral.

The event is the National State Challenge, July 17-20, 2015 and will be held in Fort Washington, PA, just outside of Philadelphia.
