Logo Design Brief
We are a training and development company.So different from the millions of L & D companies out there. We only offer our work to the senior leaders/middle managers' level or training/development/HR professionals and start with the driving needs of the business. We do not run standard management and leadership programmes. Our starting point is: how can we cater for the differentiated needs of the individuals on our programmes when they have different personalities, skills, behaviours, experiences, organisational contexts, ambitions etc etc? So we do not pour into them tried and tested "content" because it makes no difference to them as they don't have the head space, time, skills or personally driven motivation to apply the "school book" learning.
We could - because we have done all that - but we know that is not what makes the difference.
(This next piece of content relates to our "Apex" brand only - which also need a new name and identity but may help with understanding our brand positioning)....
It is learning driven by them - what they learn, how they learn it and their own goals not some test or area of expertise set by the "expert".
What makes the difference is producing leaders who;
• know their purpose
• have faced their demons in terms of their weaknesses and also their strengths (in the UK we are rubbish at acknowledging what we do well so don't capitalise on it)
• have worked out for themselves all of this, plus how to find what they need in order to become the leaders they need/want to be and HOW to get it
• At every step we are challenging their "teacher/pupil" paradigm, and asking them to seek for answers within themselves and from their immediate colleagues. Only then should they start asking the experts - but only when they are able to evaluate the quality of what they might get back in answer, because they were able to articulate their ask.
We are experts in our fields and very smart; we are psychologists and are probably the most intelligent people you've met whilst being incredibly humane yet real in how we approach what we do. Everything we offer has been tried, tested, validated and referenced.
We have the skills and track-record to run client-driven leadership development that enables individuals to make a profound difference for themselves and therefore their organisation.
We need a new powerful, differentiated identity for our company that we are relaunching. UK-based but with international associates and also global aspirations, under this company are various sub-brands which will also need identities.
We have a history of providing these ground-breaking leadership programmes which remain our flagship and we will be relaunching (also need name and identity). Meanwhile we are also incorporating a number of other "products" (powerful training and development) that have all broken the mould.
Words that are associated with what we do are:
revelation; grounded; dynamic; ROI; igniter; positive; champions; distinctive; smart. Translating into: Inventor; ground breaking; exhilarating; paragon; expert; pioneer; exciting; revolutionary; hero; guru;
