Web Design Brief

Hello,

This is just for 1 page creation! If you are picked, then I will want to use you to revamp the whole site page by page (project by project).

Our website is outdated. The homepage just offers Local SEO and now we offer "Proven Marketing Systems to bring in more customers, retain the ones you have and get them to talk about you with family and friends".

This is just for design. I will have my team to develop the page you design. Please keep the header and footer the same. I'm just interested in changing the body.

At the top where the current picture is located (www.FoundLocals.com),I want a picture designed that "tells" the potential client that we offer Local SEO, Social Media, Mobile Marketing, Viral Coupons, Email Marketing and SMS/Text Messaging Marketing. BUT in the background because the message needs to be "Proven Marketing Systems to bring in more customers, retain the ones you have and get them to talk about you with family and friends". It doesn't have to say that exactly, but I need you to create a picture that says it. Make sense? Picture is worth a 1000 words and I'm looking for a good designer that is very creative.

I need an opt-in box design on the right side of the picture above that says "Get a FREE Marketing Analysis NOW!" Then I need the following bullet points that say the following:

Included in the FREE Market Analysis
* Keyword Research Report
* On-page Optimization Report
* Social Media Report
* Compare You to Top Competitors
* Reputation Report

Please have something on there that says $450 Value!

The body after the picture needs to have one column to the right.

The body needs to be completely redone. We've been working on some inner pages, but it's not complete. Remember, we are offering many more services mentioned above. The following are some pages that we have done (remember it's not complete and will probably ask you to finish-more projects). You may take graphics and content from it for the home page:

I also need designed 4 boxes- "Attorneys Click Here", "Dentist Click Here" Restaurants Click Here", and "Cosmetic Surgeons Click Here". These boxes need background, not very large and just designed nicely. They could be added to the column on the right, but your are the designer and whatever you think looks good.

If you go to www.FoundLocals.com and look under the picture you will see a Local Search Tool. Please make it look better and add it near the end of the body. Make it stand out though, right now it just blends in and nobody notices it.

I have video testimonials. I just need something on the front page that says "Check Our What Our Clients Say". Little graphics of that sort added somewhere.

This project is just for the creation of the homepage. If you are picked, I will need you to design each page on the site (another project of course).
